1. Introduction
Welcome to SAI-FLOW. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2.Services Provided
SAI-FLOW offers setup, hosting, and ongoing support services for AI-powered chatbots. Our services include:
-AI-agent configurations using third-party platforms like Chatbase
-Initial setup and customization of AI chatbots
-Hosting and maintenance of chatbot infrastructure
-Ongoing support and optimization
-Optional add-ons including branding, integrations, and advanced features
3. Pricing & Payments
-A one-time onboarding/setup fee is charged based on the selected plan.
-Monthly fees for hosting and maintenance are billed from the contract start date.
-Payments must be made within 7 days of invoice due date to avoid service interruption.
-Prices are based on estimated usage. Excessive usage beyond plan limits may incur additional fees.
-All prices are in NOK and subject to 25% VAT for Norwegian customers.
-Currency conversion fees or platform fees may apply for international clients.
4.Support & Adjustments
-Unlimited support and training is included for the first 30 days.
-After the initial period, support is provided according to the plan tier.
-Extra training sessions or adjustments are available as add-on services.
-Support is primarily provided via email or scheduled video calls.
5.Uptime & Refund Policy
-SAI-FLOW guarantees 98% system uptime.
-If the system experiences more than 48 hours of continuous downtime in one month, a proportional refund may be issued.
-Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
6.Customer Responsibilities
-Customers are responsible for supplying accurate content and data needed to configure their chatbot.
-The customer agrees not to use the chatbot for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.
-The customer must ensure that chatbot usage complies with local laws and regulations.
7.GDPR Compliance
The customer agrees to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when handling any personal data collected through the AI chatbot.
SAI-FLOW will take reasonable measures to ensure that its chatbot services are GDPR-compliant, including the secure collection, processing, and storage of personal data.
The customer is solely responsible for:
-Ensuring that all data collected aligns with the legal basis for processing under GDPR Article 6
-Informing end-users about how their data will be used
-Obtaining the necessary consents from users before collecting or processing any personal information
SAI-FLOW will not be liable for any data protection breaches or non-compliance caused by the customer’s misuse or failure to adhere to these obligations.
We act as a data processor in relation to customer data, while the customer remains the data controller. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request and must be signed before personal data processing begins.
In accordance with GDPR, users have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of their personal data at any time. The customer is responsible for handling these requests in a timely and lawful manner.
International data transfers (if applicable) will follow appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Failure to maintain GDPR compliance may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
8.Intellectual Property
-All intellectual property rights related to the chatbot framework, interface, and services remain the property of SAI-FLOW unless otherwise agreed.
-The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the chatbot for their business under the agreed subscription.
9.Termination
-The customer may cancel their subscription at any time with one month’s notice. Termination becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply after the notice period.
-SAI-FLOW may terminate the agreement with one month’s written notice to the customer, without the need to provide a reason.
-In case of serious breach of these Terms & Conditions, SAI-FLOW reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice.
